Glass Fusing is a technique dating back to the Egyptians and Romans.
Pieces of glass are fired in a kiln at temperatures ranging from 1300 to 1500 degrees. Some pieces require multiple firings, each firing taking 16 to 24 hours. Several different techniques are used to produce different results.
Beverly Started her career in the family's Vernon,CT grocery store. She continued in retail with a major department store before a move to Florida to take care of her elderly father. This proved to be a life changing experience.
